Did you know that the Appalachian mountains are the most ancient mountains in the world? They are the essence of the divine feminine and contain so much magic and wisdom.

Our Secluded Mountain Sanctuary in the heart of the Appalachia Mountains awaits!

Surrounded by pristine forest and crisp clear streams with a large spring fed swimming area, hot tubs and infra-red sauna! Our beautiful home for the weekend has lush forest, hiking trails, flowing creeks, sauna, hot tubs, a house and large lodge for circles.

Choose between beautiful camping beside a flowing river or private rooms with shared bathrooms.

Sacred Mountain Waters is located in Marshall, NC, 45 min from Asheville, NC. and an hour from the airport.

Step away from daily demands to nurture your bond, celebrate her journey into womanhood, and create lasting memories in this beautiful sanctuary.

  • Arrive Friday, October 10th

    11am Check In & Free Time

    Set Up Sleeping areas, tent, rooms, etc. (Fruit and Tea provided, please bring lunch)

    1pm-2pm: Welcome Circle, with Introductions and Intention Setting

    2:-3:30pm- Explore & Playtime, Hike, sauna, cold plunge, hot tub. Body paint, henna.

    3:30pm- Bonding Circle to Explore the meaning of Authenticity+ contemplative journaling.

    6pm- Feast of Gratitude

    8pm Fire Side Song Circle & Dreamtime Creation

  • Saturday, October 11th

    8am Breakfast and tea.

    9am-10am Embodied Morning Movement.

    10am- Break for tea and food for those who haven’t eaten yet.

    11am: Mother Daughter Circle: Compassionate Conversations & Guided Hypnotherapy Journey to Accept the small self & to Claim True Self

    12:30am- 2:30pm: Free Time to Hike, Play, Be In Nature, Have lunch. Mother Daughter photos.

    2:30-3:30pm - Empowerment Vocals

    3:30-4:30pm- Improvisational explorations

    4:30-6pm- Free Time, Mother Daughter Photos. Body Paint, Hike, Sauna, etc

    6pm- Feast of Gratitude Dinner

    7:30pm- Open Mic for song, poetry and sharing.

    (Mommas Encourage your ladies to share their gifts, and please bring yours!)

    Sing with Katrina Lily followed by a Contemplative Performance by ANZA

    10pm Optional Sardines game in the dark, followed by Communal Slumber Party in the Lodge with Bedtime Sound Bath

    Wake up with Tea and Snack in Lodge, Sauna, hot tub, etc.

    9am- Cocoa Ceremony and Embodied Intentional Dance

    11am- Feast of Gratitude & Free Time in Nature

    1:30pm- Mother Blessing and “I Am…” Creation: A Keepsake Project

    3pm- Closing Celebration & Reflections

    4pm- Hang Out in Nature, Pack Up & Leave

    (While we won’t have dinner together, we will be providing a big Brunch and any leftovers after the closing circle while you pack up)

QUESTIONS

  • We leave this up to the mother, asking that she gauge her daughters ability to be attentive and participate in activities.

    This circle does brush up against our comfort zone, but such is life. It’s important for our growth and our ability to see ourselves clearly.

    So please gauge your daughters readiness for such an experience.

  • This is common. But first I want to say, Did you know that by the age of 12 it’s estimated that 75% of our time spent with our children has already passed us by.

    Their brains are changing and are in a place of growth that is focused upon independence, and a desire to be more with their peers. They crave new experiences, yet often cling to what they know, because it’s comfortable. However, as their guides it’s important to steer them in ways that help them to see themselves more clearly. To show them healthier ways of being.

    They still need us to make decisions for them, creating healthy boundaries, meanwhile giving them space to learn and grow. They have plenty of time to hang out with their friends, as this is only a weekend retreat full of experiences that will positively effect both of your lives.

    This gathering will be a healthy balance of mother-daughter time, personal time and getting to know others.

    This experience will give them an opportunity few have ever had. And that is to really look ourselves and examine how we want to be treated and thus how we want to be in the world. It’s important.

    We encourage to have a heart to heart talk with her and share how you would love to spend this time with her.
