Kari weaves her 1:1 sessions and group experiences into an expansive heart opening journey guided by Great Spirit. She is constantly birthing new ways of working with you, dependent upon what’s needed in the moment. Below is a breakdown of the ways in which she works and sources from, but is not limited to. Every session with Kari is completely unique to what you need in that moment.
Depth Hypnosis & Shamanic Healing
You surrender into the cosmic landscape of your body, following your soul memory to wherever is most needed to bring about peace. Kari guides and supports you into a deep trust of your intuition, assisting you into greater spaces of awareness, so that you can let go of what is no longer needed; opening you to receive your truth and power which was once unconsciously scattered to the wind and is now ready to be claimed and utilized. Together we escort light into the darkness of your subconscious and unconscious mind.
Be ready to be transported into a new way of seeing and existing in the world. This work changes your relationship to yourself, your loved ones and everything around you, seen and unseen. This is an exploration of your ancestral multidimensional being. A healing throughout the tapestry of your many selves.

Sound & Voice Therapy
Sound is the essence of creation and creator. Kari incorporates high-vibrational Voice & Sound Therapy which helps your body and mind to relax, receive guidance, and call in new energetic light codes and blue prints for soul growth.
Kari has been a channel of sound incorporating into her sessions for the past decade. Clients find that they are transported into an entirely new dimension of spaciousness, embodiment, release and resonance.
She can work with you Passively, where you lie down and energetically receive the sound and she channels the energy needed. OR we can work Actively, where you are taken into a series of different experiences where you sing together and on your own. Both are powerful and energetically transformative journeys of the heart and mind.

After every session, I give you a practice specific to you and what is needed to help you move into greater peace and your innate intuition and trust.

Rites of Passage & Ceremony

These experiences are cultivated around powerful transitional times such as marriage, pregnancy, birth, 9 year change, teen years, menstruation, menopause, and end of life. We infuse ancient wisdom and breathe imagination and beauty into the present.
This is one of my favorite things to help people dream into existence, which becomes special memories everyone who is a part of cherishes.

Akashic Record Insights
Akashic Records are records of our the souls’ journeys and it is here we can tap into informative lessons that exist for us here in a 3 dimensional world, but are difficult to access without merging into the higher realms of the Akash. We are currently in a time where we have a great opportunity. to move into the 4D and 5D realms of higher vibration and understanding.
Kari began accessing the Akashic Records at a very early age, not even knowing what they were. It was in her early years of “Healer Heal Thyself” where she was accessing regularly that she actually realized there was a name for this place for herself and for others. She decided to take a formal training much later in her journey.
The Akashic Records are also accessed in Shamanic Journeying and in Depth Hypnosis, however Kari when called will open up the records during sound healing sessions interweaving in different ways to access a deeper experience as needed.

Mentoring
I work with all ages of clients. As a mentor I serve to help each client open up to their potential and fullness of all that they are, guiding them to discover their uniqueness, remember their gifts, and trust their intuition. Each person is unique in what they need from me as a mentor. Some are very young and are just needing someone they can confide in while learning new ways of relating and communicating.
