Messages From The Sun

Midsummer Blessings Friends! We made it! May you find yourself basking in this amazing Solstice energy.

This season the sun is closest to the earth, shining it’s luminous warmth creating the action of growth on the Northern Hemisphere. A time to honor the ripeness of the land and the fruits of our divine nature.

Summer Solstice is a potent time, the height of turning toward the element of fire, into the masculine yang of summer that is so full with the creative, primal and EXPANSIVE solar energy. Summer is a reminder to focus upon our radiant nature and our abundant nature. All that you are and are here to express in the world. A wonderful time to transform and consolidate within, exuding your personal inner wisdom and cosmic guidance. A time to pear deeper into your inner light which will naturally radiate into your personal existence and purpose.

In ancient Tantric passages the action of the sun, known as surya, is defined as “one who roams in space experiencing the the light of the inner sky”. And also as “one who is the source of life and activities, motivating all living beings towards action”. Thus what comes up naturally during the Solstice gatherings that happen all over the world…

What am I presently being called to bridge into the outer divine world of creation that expresses my personal magic and divinity, that which benefits me, my family, my community and simultaneously all beings?

When we inquire into this question there are common feelings that arise within our path. Perhaps you may be feeling one of these. I know I have at times throughout my journey.

UNWORTHINESS

Are you feeling unworthy of your dreams and interests, of that which you are being called to do? The root of feeling un-worth is shame. And shame is the lowest frequency of our emotional being. It traces back into our ancestral story, all the way into the very essence of our primordial existence when we as spirit decided we wanted to have a personal, an individual, a soul experience in the realm of the manifested world of creation. It was a choice to be here on this rotating school house. Yup, we chose this and we got lost in this divine play, and as the Tibetan Buddhists say we have been “womb diving” ever since.

And if you are receiving this email, the good news is you are waking up. We are all here to re-member our worth and claim our divine essence, shining unconditional love and acceptance for ourself and other, making the dark unconscious deceptions of our shame known and released with love, forgiveness and compassion.

JEALOUSY

Do you ever feel jealous of others and their light?

We all have felt jealous at one point or another in our lives. It’s normal and just something to notice, and for certain nothing at all to invest in. Jealousy is simply an emotional indicator that you are not living to your fullest potential. Vibrationally jealousy is of a very low frequency that effects not only you, but the one you are feeling jealous of. Be conscious of it, notice it, and transform it as soon as you make note of it.

When I find myself triggered in this way, I consider it a gift, a message of “I can do that too & my heart wants to embrace that magic!”. I then allow myself to feel into any of the unserving unconscious barriers I may be holding onto, so I can step further into clarity and action toward that which my heart desires to experience and know.

As Shakti Gawain wrote, Every moment of your life is infinitely creative and the universe is endlessly bountiful. Just put forth, a clear enough request and everything your heart desires must come to you.

If I could pick out one important word from that quote, it would be CLARITY. To bring about clarity requires the ability to alchemize your thoughts (moon energy) with inquiry, as well as catabolise and build your life force energy from dull to radiant with breathe, movement and high vibrational nutrition. This totally transforms jealousy and any other imbalanced emotion and feeling, and sets you on path of clarity and vitality.

Then you naturally exude a knowing and trust in that which your heart yearns for will manifest in perfect divine time. For every turn holds a potent lesson, so that we can truly embody our truth and the nature of reality.

OVERWHELM & UNCERTAINTY

It’s totally normal to feel this way. All that we are being called to realize and bring into the world, can feel overwhelming, but each step is so important. There’s something to learn at each space of uncertainty, and the only way to receive our next steps is as the tantric text says, to return over and over again into the space of experiencing “the light of the inner sky”. This silence within, alchemizes your inner being by breaking down the walls that you’ve built that are keeping you stuck in old patterns, so that you can move forward, building upon the radiance of your truth and wisdom. Your next steps will come. Have patience. You may see the path years before you tread the path of action, using your gathered basket of experiences.

FEELING LIKE EVERYONE’S DOING IT, WHY ME?

This is a common feeling in today’s transparent world with so much knowledge at our fingertips. When Great Spirit called me to study Shamanism, there was hardly anything online about it, now it’s everywhere. And sometimes I even question if I should put myself out there more than I am, but then I look around nature and I am astounded by the diversity.

We are all unique expressions of the Divine. We are all here for a wonderful purpose, and we each have a particular vibration and frequency that is a needed gift to the universe, or else we wouldn’t be here at this time. No one can bring your perfect soul signature, but you!

I have often told my children as I hold out my palm in reference to the sun and my fingers in reference to the sun’s rays,

YOU are like the Sun, the entire ball of light pouring it’s rays of light upon the world, and YOU are also like that individual ray of light.

YOU are simultaneously that which the ray of sun touches. Look and feel into ALL that the sun touches. Look and feel into this limitless diversity. That which you see, that which the rays of sun touches, and the spaciousness in between… is YOU. All of it.

They ask, “What about the ticks and mosquitoes?”.

(I laugh as it’s a wonderful reminder, for my path has been blessed with learning about the energy of parasitic infection of how to heal Lyme’s disease and a myriad of parasite infections. And most recently learning in an entirely new way about the frustrations, challenges, irritation and growth pains of parasitic relationship, with a recognition of this very common societal global issue happening today, which I’ll speak to in the next online event about vaccination concerns and considerations). So…

YUP, Even that which irritates and gets under your skin. There is potent, powerful needed lessons and magnificence in all that you experience, see and touch, which helps you to bring out your most potent and magnificent nature that you are here to bring to the world.

Follow and trust the path that sings to your heart. Let it set you on fire from root to crown.
